I began a letter to you all last year, when I was living in France. I had been there when everything happened and did not find out until January. In the letter I never got past "My name is Sarah Bailey and Wendy was a good friend of mine." So this is my small letter to you.
That sentence is all that needs to be said, really. I never met you (her parents) but Karen, I spent the night at your house once or twice and Wendy and I bumped into you at Cain in Hollywood one time, I believe. On her website, I am the "short and cute and single" one. I have been travelling in the last year+ and following this website, from Morocco to home in Atlanta to Laos, where I am now. When I read about your comfort from her friends and yours who are attending the trial, I felt a pain, that I should be there, walk up to you and say and this in person and give you the kind of hug Wendy used to give me. I was not there for the funeral, and I am not there for the trial, but you have all been in my heart so much. I wish you strength. You have so much courage, I am proud of you.
